Captain Phil checks the weather each morning to see if there is a chance that the days trip may not run. Based on the assessment of the Marine Police, the conditions may not allow for travel. Should this happen, you would receive a full refund on the trip or have the option to reschedule. We do our best to make the days travel decision by 8:30 a.m. If the sandbar is closed we can still offer a boat cruise, but without the stingrays and possibly no snorkelling.

 Should you wish to cancel your trip for any other reason, we require 24 hours notification. Without 24 hours notice of cancellation; full payment is required.
